[OUTDATED] That Time We Got Reincarnated in a World Where People had to Steal Cheese to Survive!

Rules:
- One player plays as the cops, and the rest play as thieves
- Cops must arrest 6 thieves to win
- Thieves must get 3 cheeses of their own colour into their own base to win
- Every turn, each player gets to move 1 tile and take 1 action
- Possible actions for thieves are: turning a light on/off, picking up a cheese, passing a cheese to another player next to their square
- Possible actions for cops are: turning a light on/off, arresting a thief
- Cops can only arrest thieves who are currently carrying a piece of cheese on a tile that is lit
- Only one player can win! Every one for themselves, but players can work together or betray each other if they choose to

Turn order:
The youngest thief gets the first turn and turns are taken in a clockwise order
- A thief takes their turn
- The cop then takes the next turn, being allowed to use piece 1, 2 or 3 depending on what the last piece they used was
- The next thief takes their turn, repeating this cycle
